Mollie Halpern: Two alleged murderers in separate crimes are the latest additions to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Rewards of up to $100,000 are available for each fugitive—Robert Francis Van Wisse and Terry A.D. Strickland.

Robert Van Wisse allegedly murdered a mother in Austin, Texas about 33 years ago. Laurie Stout’s daughter was just 19 months old at the time.

Stout’s Daughter: My wish is that if there’s anybody out there that knows something, that they say something, and that he can be brought in, and that my mother can finally receive justice.

Halpern: Terry Strickland is wanted for a double homicide in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in July 2016. Case agent Chad Piontek.

Chad Piontek: He stood over one victim and shot him repeatedly, and then fled the area. And in the process, abandoned an 18-month-old child.

Halpern: That child was later determined to be Strickland’s daughter.
